The Working Mind’s Mental Health Awareness & Stigma Reduction course equips teams with the skills to reduce stigma, foster resilience, and create a psychologically safe culture. This facilitator-led program helps participants recognize mental health needs, open dialogue about wellness, and improve team morale and performance.
