Learning Objectives:By the end of this half-day training, participants will be able to: ✅ Describe the characteristics of a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. ✅ Explain the differences between mental health at work programs and Psychological Health & Safety (PHS), and how they relate. ✅ Identify their own role in fostering and maintaining PHS within their organization. Course Description: In this half-day, facilitator-led training, participants will learn the foundational principles of Psychological Health & Safety (PHS) and explore the essential elements that contribute to a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being.
